After extensive research and trials, we’re proud to partner with B Star VIP (www.bstarvip.com), a trusted nationwide two-man home delivery service. Specialising in mirrored, glass, wood, and marble furniture, they share our commitment to exceptional service and expert handling.
Why We Invest More in Delivery
Many of our products are heavy and fragile, requiring careful handling to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Unlike many online retailers, we invest more in our delivery service to avoid the hassle of damages, returns, and redeliveries—so your order reaches you safely and securely the first time.
How Our Delivery Process Works
Once your item is collected by B Star VIP, they will:
✔ Schedule your delivery and send a text with your delivery date and a 3-hour time slot.
✔ Provide a tracking link so you can monitor your order’s progress.
✔ Require a ‘YES’ reply to confirm your slot. If the date doesn’t work for you, they’ll offer the next available option when they are in your area.
On the Day of Delivery:
✔ Receive a live tracking link with a 2-hour window.
✔ Expect a 30-minute pre-arrival call—so you’re not waiting around all day.
✔ Please note: The delivery packaging will normally be removed by the drivers. However, if you are unsure about the item or have any issues, please ask the delivery drivers to leave the boxes with you.
Delivery Information:
✔ Free white glove delivery on all orders over £100.
✔ Delivered to Mainland UK only.
✔ No area surcharges, but some rural locations may take an additional 5–10 working days.
This service is designed to provide a seamless, stress-free delivery experience—because your new furniture deserves the very best care.

Many of our products are heavy and can easily be broken in the hands of the wrong carrier. Nobody wants the inconvenience of having to return a large item and waiting in again for a re-delivery. We want your item delivered perfect first time.
This means we invest significantly more on delivery than the majority of other Internet companies.
We offer Free delivery on all orders over £100. We currently delivery to Mainland UK Only. There are No Area Surcharges however some rural areas may need to wait an extra 5-10 working days for delivery.

Our FREE Premium Delivery includes Room Of Choice, Assembly and Waste Removal.
Please Note: Room of choice is only available, if the courier can move the package safely to the room without damaging either themselves or your home. This of course can only be assessed once the courier arrives at your home. If for whatever reason our delivery team cannot access the room of your choice, or the item is deemed too large/unsuitable on delivery you will be responsible for all associated delivery and return charges and this will be deducted from your refund.
Once an order has been dispatched and assigned for delivery, it cannot be amended or cancelled.

B Star VIP will never ask you to send money.
If the delivery date is not suitable the couriers will continue to offer you a slot when they next have vehicles in your area.
On the day of delivery when the Delivery Vehicle leaves the local depot you will receive an email with a LIVE Vehicle Tracking Link with a delivery ETA and 2 hour Delivery Window. The Delivery drivers will call when 30 Mins away so you don’t have to wait at home for them.

What is Outlet?
What is Outlet?
Our Outlet collection features a carefully selected range of products at reduced prices. Most Outlet items are brand new and may simply have had the box opened for inspection, photography, or quality checks.
Some Outlet pieces may have minor surface-level cosmetic imperfections, such as a small mark, slight scratch, or light packaging-related wear. If this applies, any visible imperfections will be clearly mentioned in the product description and shown in the product photographs where possible.
All Outlet items are thoroughly quality-checked before being listed. This includes checking drawers, doors, opening and closing mechanisms, moving parts, and overall functionality to ensure the product is still practical, beautiful, and ready to use.
Please note: Outlet products are excluded from discount codes. Returns are only accepted if the item is not as described. For full details, please visit our Returns page.
