At Nicholas John Interiors, we pride ourselves on exceptional quality and service — right through to delivery.

Our Premium Delivery Service

Every order is handled with care by our trusted delivery partner, B Star VIP — a nationwide, two-man specialist team experienced in handling mirrored, glass and marble furniture.

We invest more in delivery than most retailers to ensure your items arrive safely and are assembled perfectly the first time.

Delivery Costs

• Free Premium Delivery on all orders over £100 – includes Room-of-Choice delivery, full assembly, and removal of packaging.
• Orders under £100 are charged at £4.99.
• We currently deliver to Mainland UK only. There are no area surcharges, but rural addresses may take an additional 5–10 working days.
• Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland at this time.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery is within 2–10 working days for Mainland UK.
• Delivery for Richmond Interiors is within 2–4 Weeks for Mainland UK.
• Some rural areas may take an additional 5–10 working days.
• Delivery to room of choice is only possible if the couriers can safely access the space without causing damage to your property or themselves.
• Important: Please ensure your chosen item will fit through doorways, stairways and into your desired room before ordering. If our delivery team cannot access the space, you will be responsible for return and redelivery costs.
• Once an order has been dispatched and assigned for delivery, it cannot be amended or cancelled.

Delivery Process

Once your order has been collected by B Star VIP:

• You’ll receive a text message confirming your delivery date and a 3-hour time slot.
• Reply “YES” to confirm your slot, or request an alternative if needed.
• On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a live tracking link and a 2-hour ETA window.
• The drivers will call you around 30 minutes before they arrive.
• If you miss your confirmed delivery slot or cancel within 24 hours of delivery, a redelivery charge may apply.
• Drivers usually remove all packaging after assembly. If you’re uncertain about keeping the item, please ask them to leave the packaging until you’ve checked it fully.

Delivery by Approved Manufacturers

Products supplied directly by our approved manufacturers (such as Native Home, Heathfield & Co, Ariese Accessories, Malini and Twenty10 Design) are delivered separately. These deliveries are:

• Handled directly by the manufacturer.
• Delivered to your front door only – room-of-choice and white-glove services do not apply.
• Typically made within up to 28 days.
• Arranged by the manufacturer, who will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery day or provide tracking details.

Damages

• Please inspect your item upon delivery. Any damages must be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt.
• If damage is found, please email clear photos to sales@nicholasjohninteriors.co.uk.
• We’ll arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
• If packaging is removed by the drivers, please still retain any small components or fittings for inspection if needed.

Returns

• If you change your mind, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.
• All returns must be unused, unassembled and returned in their original packaging.
• The product and its packaging must be intact and in a resaleable condition unless damaged in transit.
• If packaging is missing or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable repackaging costs from your refund.
• If you use our courier collection service, the return charge will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the item has been safely returned and inspected.

Special Installation Service

All orders over £100 qualify for Free Premium Delivery, including room-of-choice delivery, full assembly and removal of packaging.
