Whether it’s a mirrored sideboard, marble dining table, or upholstered bed, our delivery service is tailored to handle even the most delicate or oversized pieces with precision and respect.

What’s Included in Our White Glove Delivery Service:

– Your item is carried into your preferred room (where accessible)

– All items that require setup will be fully assembled by our team

– All cardboard, plastic and protective wrapping is taken away for recycling

– Receive a link with a live map and 2–3 hour delivery window

– Our delivery partners call before arrival so you’re never caught off guard

All White Glove Deliveries are carried out by our trusted partner, B Star VIP — a specialist two-man delivery service known for their care, professionalism, and experience with fragile and luxury home goods.

We currently offer this service across Mainland UK, with standard lead times of 1–10 working days. Rural areas may require an additional 5–10 days. Orders under £100 are charged a flat delivery fee of £4.99 and are delivered to the front door.

Please Note: Room of choice delivery is subject to accessibility. Narrow staircases or awkward entry points may prevent our team from safely accessing certain rooms. If an item cannot be delivered or returned due to size or inaccessibility, associated charges may apply.
