I ordered 2 cushions which arrived very quickly. I was so impressed with the quality, I ordered one more.

I noticed the 3rd cushion had a factory defect and there was a hole/piece missing in one piece of the fabric.

I sent an email to Nicholas John and received a swift response advising they would get in touch with the supplier to get a replacement.

I have now received a replacement cover for the cushion which had a defect.
