What an absolutely amazing company - their Customer Service is second to none. I found some items I wanted for my newly renovated kitchen/diner. I called the company with an enquiry and they were great at doing what they said they would. I placed the order, and there was an issue with one of the items I ordered. I was kept up to date and they managed to sort it in the end. Highly recommended, great quality and great prices. Thank you so much - you have made my Christmas!

Spent a while looking for a particular sideboard that I'd seen in a show home and eventually found it on the Nicholas John website. Did a bit of price comparison but they were by far the best value and with delivery to a room of my choice. Went a bit quiet after ordering and not quite within the 2-10 days indicated but the customer service team was brilliant and let me know what the delay was, giving me a new date which was fulfilled arriving on day 16. Delivery was smooth and quick.

Over the moon with purchase of a fire pit from this company, price was fantastic! Same fire pit online from other companies £250! Found this from Nicholas John Interiors for £95 including delivery! I was updated via phone when delivery would be and it arrived in perfect condition, well wrapped. So refreshing to find a company that delivers good customer service!

Customer services were so friendly and helpful. They rang me back when they said they would. So refreshing to find a helpful team. I was kept informed of my delivery and when it did arrive the delivery guys were brilliant, friendly and positioned the coffee table where I wanted it. I recommend NJI cant fault them.
