Many of our products are heavy and can easily be broken in the hands of the wrong carrier. Nobody wants the inconvenience of having to return a large item and waiting in again for a re-delivery. We want your item delivered perfect first time.
This means we invest significantly more on delivery than the majority of other Internet companies, we only pass on a small proportion of this cost to the consumer ensuring great value for money.
Rates are also on a ‘per order’ basis rather than ‘per item’.

2 man premium into the room of your choice
Once your order has been processed you will be contacted by telephone to arrange a delivery date and time, usually morning or afternoon slot however if you ring the day before delivery is due we can give out a more accurate time slot. There should also be an estimate noted on the product page.
Our delivery schedule will depend on stock levels and whether your item has been made to order. Depending on where you are in the country we usually aim to have all furniture delivered within 3 weeks.
Rest assured your order is important to us and we make it a priority to get your item to you in the shortest time frame possible.
Special Installation Service
Some items require assembly for example a table usually comes in 2 pieces the base and the top. Where our premium delivery is selected, the home delivery specialist will unpack and assemble the item in a room of choice.
Unwanted Items for Return
We hope that you will be satisfied with your item however should you wish to return your item then please read the following:
Item must be undamaged and unused
Item ideally in its original packing. If this is not possible the item must have suitable packaging and protection to protect against damage and allow for re sale. Should the item return damaged or deemed unfit for resale we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
You have 14 days to return your item from the day you receive it. Please inform us by email on nicholasjohninteriors.co.uk, by phone on 020 8303 3034 or text 07799 134312 no later than day 15 of receiving your item.
The cost for returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. Nicholas John can arrange to collect any unwanted piece on your behalf. The cost is as follows: Single person pick up £25. Two person pickup £39
